ARTISO Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for ARTISO's AI-powered fashion graphic design service.

The service includes reference uploads, Brand DNA analysis, Design Direction, AI graphic generation, ARTISO Design Review, Refine, and production support including Production Ready Files. Features may change during beta.

Only users aged 18 or older may use the service. The Company may restrict access if this confirmation is inaccurate.

Users must provide accurate company, name, email, and password information and are responsible for account security. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported promptly.

Users must upload only materials they own or are lawfully permitted to use. Uploading material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other rights is prohibited and remains the user's responsibility.

AI-generated results may contain elements similar to existing works, trademarks, designs, or other content. ARTISO does not guarantee freedom from third-party intellectual-property claims. ARTISO Design Review is design support, not legal advice or a non-infringement guarantee.

Users should conduct appropriate rights review before commercial production, sale, advertising, or other commercial use.

Production Ready File is a separate human-assisted production service. Manufacturing results may vary by material, printing method, equipment, and production conditions.

Users may not infringe rights, reverse engineer the service, submit automated bulk requests, access it abnormally, misuse accounts or identities, or generate unlawful content.

The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the service for operational or technical reasons. Material changes will be announced in advance where practical. Beta features may change without notice.

The service uses providers including Supabase, Vercel, and Google Gemini API and may be affected by their outages or policy changes.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Users may request account deletion at any time. Data is destroyed under the Privacy Policy except where retention is required by law.

The Company may restrict service after notice when a user violates these Terms or disrupts operations, or notify afterward in urgent cases.

The Company is liable only to the extent required by applicable law. Users are responsible for third-party disputes from commercial use, manufacturing variation, and rights in uploaded material.

The Company may amend these Terms and will announce the effective date and material changes in the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's address.
