ARTISO Privacy Policy

The English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
ARTISO (the “Company”) processes personal information to provide and operate the service. It will not be used for other purposes without prior consent.
- Account registration, management, verification, and user identification
- AI design analysis, generation, and project management
- Processing paid-service requests, including Production Ready Files
- Responding to inquiries, notices, and disputes
- Service security, abuse prevention, and improvement
2. Personal Information We Process
We process company name, full name, email address, access logs, IP address, project information, uploaded reference images, design requests and prompts, and AI analysis and generation results.
At signup, we retain evidence that the user is at least 18 and accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy, including consent time and version.
3. Retention Period
Information is generally retained until account deletion. Information subject to a statutory retention obligation is retained for the period required by law.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties except with prior consent or when lawfully required by competent authorities.
5. Processing Service Providers
The Company requires its processors to protect personal information and monitors their processing.
- Supabase, Inc. — authentication, database, and file storage
- Vercel Inc. — web hosting and server functions
- Google LLC — Gemini API-powered AI analysis and image generation
6. Data Processing Notice
These configurations do not guarantee that data is never transferred internationally. Google infrastructure and its applicable processing procedures may be involved in AI processing.
- Supabase's primary database is configured in Seoul, South Korea.
- Vercel Functions are configured in Seoul, South Korea.
- Gemini API request storage for GenerateContent and Interactions API is disabled in ARTISO's current Google AI Studio configuration.
- AI processing may still involve Google infrastructure and applicable Google service processing.
7. User Rights
Requests may be sent to artiso@artiso.net, and the Company will respond without undue delay.

8. Destruction of Personal Information
When information is no longer required, the Company destroys it without delay. Electronic files are irreversibly deleted and physical records are shredded or incinerated.

- Access control and least-privilege permissions
- Encryption in transit using HTTPS
- Private storage of uploads and generated results with restricted signed-URL access
- Retention and management of access logs
